Enpidia is a state-of-the-art training academy started by NephroPlus that churns out the finest dialysis technicians and nurses in the industry.

As NephroPlus expands across the length and breadth of India, one challenge continued to bother us – the severe shortage of trained and certified dialysis staff. At NephroPlus, guest care always comes first. It is our belief that the people who actually interact with and care for our guests are the most important among the entire team. To ensure that we employ only the very best when it comes to guest care, we launched our own training academy.

Enpidia has tied up with BONENT, the reputed certification agency for dialysis technicians and nurses in the US. Additionally, we are empaneled with Bharat Sevak Samaj, Chennai and offer dialysis courses in association with this Government-recognized University.

During the last 3 years, we have trained more than 200 students and placed them successfully in our centres and elsewhere.

Hi, I'm Kamal. I've been on dialysis since July 1997 when I was 21 years old. Today, after so many years on dialysis, sill leada normal life. I work full time, swim every morning and travel regularly. All this is possible only due to the optimal, good quality dialysis that get. Many people in India feel that being diagnosed with kidney failure is almost like a death sentence. They undergo dialysis and lead very sedentary lives-life becomes a dull,frustrating routine- from bed to the dialysis centre and then back to bed. Added to this, the high risk of cross infections, inadequate dialysis and lack of proper counseling makes them and their family depressed. That is why I co-founded NephroPlus, India's largest network of dialy centres! Our primary goal is to make our guests smile!l We strive to solve altie problems related to quality and convenience of our guests. Ifirmly believe that if optimal, high quality dialysis is provided, people on dialysis can work, travel and have fun just like people with healthy kidneys. Yes, people on dialysis can-and should lead normal lives!
